Melbourne... Unfortunately not a grand old flag in season 2022 as they were bundled out in straights sets. From a fantasy perspective, we had the usual suspects post their 100+ average seasons and a few 'blue moon' standout performances from others in between! Another season that pales into complete insignificance as they once again watch talent they developed seek trades elsewhere whilst at the peak of their powers. Gold Coast... Based purely on Fantasy I'd be running with Fold Coast, however, a 10-win season is their best result since 2014! Hopefully a case of rising Suns come 2023 and beyond...

Geelong... The greatest team of all in 2022. From a fantasy perspective, a strong season ranking 2nd overall for Fantasy points for without having a player averaging over 100! A testament to a champion team full of contributors week in, week out.

2022 Fantasy Review: Collingwood
Collingwood... 1 point from the Big Dance and about 1500 points from the top 8 for total Fantasy points! Love 'em or hate 'em, you have to admire what they did this season, culminating in a seismic rise into the AFL's top 4. From a Fantasy perspective, very little to crow about with the exception of Jack Crisp for about 13 weeks and a young fella named Nick Daicos... Carltank... Soooo close but so far! Sitting pretty inside the eight for 99% of the home and away season, only to fall short at the eleventh hour at the hands of Collingwood. Fair to say the "Flagbaggers" fans went quiet preeeety quickly! They actually ended up finishing in the top 4 on the Fantasy ladder if that means anything to the Carltank faithful out there?
